Showcasing the beauty of water in our own backyard (and 15,000kms away)

The Queensland Source team wants to see your best photos showcasing our great, vast and diverse water landscapes, water systems and related water infrastructure.

From the far reaches of central Queensland to the tropics in the north to the pristine coastlines in South East Queensland, the reasons we work in this industry are abundantly clear and can be seen everywhere – even in places we may not have realised.

Here, we're showcasing a collection of photos from the far reaches of Iceland (photography by your very own AWA Queensland Branch Manager, Sharon James) to our local South East Queensland hinterlands and coastlines.

Can you name some of these un-captioned locations?

Appreciating water 15,000 kms away – Iceland!

We are calling for submissions of photographs (professional or otherwise) to be published in future editions of Queensland Source.

Please submit your water snapshot to qldbranch@awa.asn.au with your name and a location or caption. We want to hear about your water story and there is no better way than through the sharing of photos.
